CEDS Fund works to advance peace, culture and education using tools from finance, human capital and technological innovation.
Our mission is the serial creation and support of institutions, investment vehicles and social programs that accelerates the adoption of peace, culture and education from the continuum of innovation to infrastructure.
CEDS Fund pursue these goals at the local, state, national and international level via multiple partnerships, in particular with CEDS Consulting, CEDS Capital and CEDS Energy.
TOH Kim Sai contributes his energy in scaling up CEDS Fund. He is currently serving as the Deputy Chief Development Officer for CapitaMalls Asia Ltd. and has 20 years of experience in asset enhancement projects in Asia.
A former ASEAN Scholar, he holds a Bachelor of Architecture (Honors) from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Science (Management of Technology) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA. He has also completed the Executive Development Program at Wharton, University of Pennsylvania, USA and lives in Singapore with his family.
